The content catalogue is available as JSON and CSV. The llms.txt file describes key pages for machine readers. These are static files, not a live market-data feed.
No hosted MCP endpoint
This build does not operate a Model Context Protocol server or authenticate clients. Applications can read the public static files after an authorised deployment.
Use responsibly
Retain source links and scope limitations when reusing the catalogue. Do not label it a complete record of buyers, deals or prices.
Use this as a preparation framework. It is not legal advice, a valuation or a promise that a buyer will accept your data.
